FAQ
Why do my child’s symptoms get worse at night?
During the day, the positioning of our body when standing and sitting allows congestion to drain out of our nasal passages with the help of gravity. However, when sleeping and lying flat, the congestion cannot drain out of the head because gravity does not push it down the body. Additionally, blood pressure is higher since the body is lying flat, increasing inflammation in the head and making congestion and pain worse.
